The Museum of Russian Art is the only major institution in North America devoted to Russian arts and culture. It's mission - Education, Enlightenment, and Engagement in the Art of Russia - enriches the lives of over 36,000 annual visitors. With six or more exhibitions and over 40 events per year, The Museum of Russian Art is a dynamic destination for tourists and local residents alike.

The Museum of Russian Art is the easiest museum to get to in Minneapolis, located at the intersection of Diamond Lake Road and Interstate 35W, and with plentiful free parking available across the street at Mayflower church. Open daily and home to an award-winning gift shop of Russian wares, this is a must see museum in Minnesota's bountiful cultural community.

Your admission ticket grants you access to its three galleries and IZBA gift shop, set in an award-winning architectural space. On your visit you could get up close to works drawn from the largest collections of Soviet-era paintings outside Europe, explore artifacts from the Tsars, or see more Russian nesting dolls - Matryoska - than you've ever dreamed of! Each exhibition is curated from top-quality artworks and artifacts from around the world, and range in time period from Russia's early founding to contemporary works from living artists.  Your admission ticket also includes an open museum tour, offered Thursdays at 11am, Saturdays at 11am and 1pm, and Sundays at 2pm

Visitors love the quality of the museum's guides, materials, and galleries, and the option to purchase tea, chocolate, and other Russian delights available exclusively at the IZBA gift shop. The museum's size is manageable enough for one visit, but no doubt you'll want to return to check out the various exhibits on display throughout the year.

Step into the sizzling nightlife of Saigon. At night the locals come out to enjoy the lively atmosphere. Join them & see Saigon from a different light, together with your local guide. When the sun goes down, the city of Saigon shows a totally different face . The main highlights of the city light up & the vibes of the city become full of excitement with the locals looking for fun things to do. You and your group can fully enjoy it with your own private guide.

Start your night out in front of the statue of Saint Mary, right by Saigon Notre Dame cathedral. Here, you’ll meet your private guide and hear stories about this lit-up cathedral, built in 1880 by the French.

Continue your walking tour, making a stop at the Central Post Office, a magnificent mix of Gothic, Renaissance, and French influences. Admire it under the moonlight and its own illumination. Then continue to Cong Caphe, a coffee shop located at an eclectic old apartment building that is now home of several boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. This building complex is a favorite of young locals. At the coffee shop, it's a must to try its signature drink: coconut milk iced coffee. Get it to go, and continue discovering Saigon at night.

Walk through beautiful Nguyen Hue Street, and hear incredible insights about the city and its inhabitants. Your local guide will make a small detour to show you the Opera House, a highlight of the city you cannot miss, especially at night when you can enjoy its French colonial architecture without the bustle of daily visitors.

Now it’s time to go to the Ben Thanh Night Market. Take some time to shop around for handicrafts and goods. Your private guide will be there to help you with translation and bargaining, and you'll also try Vietnamese street food here. Your recommendation is banh can, small savory pancakes made in little clay pots. Seriously mouthwatering.

Next take a 'grabtaxi' and experience the movement on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. Your taxi takes you and your group to the famous backpackers street, a long street where locals and tourists meet to enjoy a fun night out. Your local host can give you all the tips you want for visiting this street again, whether you'd like to hear live music, find local beer, or something else.

To end the night the right way, enjoy a rooftop view of Saigon. Perhaps invite your host for a drink and keep the night going with more insights and local stories (drinks at your own expense).
